RAAP Attorney Network:

Building a Pro-Bono Counsel Network for Healthcare Compliance

Regulatory Assistance for Abortion Providers (RAAP) is a legal project that provides legal and regulatory compliance assistance to abortion providers. We are currently a small team of attorneys with in-depth compliance experience, and are seeking to build a network of attorneys licensed in all 50 states who will serve as pro-bono local counsel for providers on discrete legal issues.

We assist abortion providers who are: seeking to comply with existing and new restrictions related to the provision of abortion; pursuing service expansion or modifications; or preparing for and responding to inspections and deficiencies. We also assist advocates regarding issues related to regulatory compliance.

Interested in volunteering with us? Please fill out the form below. We are happy to work with folks at all levels of experience. No prior experience is necessary in healthcare or reproductive rights - we look for attorneys who share our commitment to ensuring continued access to abortion care in the U.S. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

RAAP is a division of Resources for Abortion Delivery (RAD), a fiscally-sponsored project of Hopewell Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
